Irrigation systems designed professionally.

No two pieces of land are the same. And no two farmers are the same. When it is time to irrigate your fields, the only way to get the most efficient and cost-effective solution is to have a system designed for the slope, soil conditions, climate and crop at your location. Our irrigation design engineers will go over the topography of your field, test soil samples, research drainage and any other conditions that will lead to a successful design of an irrigation plan. Then we will quote you the various elements necessary to keep you in the green.

Drip Irrigation has become a critical application for perrennial crops including grapes, blueberries, raspberries and many others.  The upfront costs are often worth the investment, due to the significant savings that come from a drip system.  With higher temperatures and more evaporation than yearts past, drip might be worth investigating.  Our engineers are well versed in drip systems and can help you with your decision process.

There are many types of drip irrigation products, including poly tubing and irrigation tape, and a large variety of fittings and emitters for any application.

Filtration is critical for a drip system, since the relatively small diameters of the pipe and emitters can become clogged from dirt, sand and organic material.

Handline:  The most traditional form of water delivery to a field is the basic Handline.  Handlines are aluminum pipes that come in segments with risers for spray heads, that can be assembled, dis-assembled and moved from one field to another.  Handlines are labor intensive, but still offer value for the farmer with access to the labor to assemble and dis-assemble.  We carry the pipe, fittings, nozzles, hoses and replacement parts to get the water on the ground.  We have a pipe press to cut to the custom length you need.

Wheel line:  Wheel lines are a good solution, when the equipment can stay in place for anywhere from 8 to 24 hours before it needs to be moved.  We carry a variety of rotating sprinkler heads for mounting onto a wheel line.  We can also service the equipment should the transport motor need replacing or repair. We also carry many spare parts.

Automation:  Gone are the days of needing to manually establish watering times and zones, and monitoring flow rates by eye.  With state of the art systems lige TWIG from Nelson or Tempest from Toro, you can manage your application preferences and flow rates right from your smart phone.

K Line:   A K line irrigation system is a series of tough and portable irrigation “pods” connected to each other through flexible tubing. These can be used to water anywhere from 2 to 200 acres and are resistant to problems from livestock or other hazards.  We can design a system for your field and we also carry parts for service.
