Dave started with Ernst in 1994, working in the parts department. He has been the service manager since 1997. He lives in Canby where he grew up. He is originally from Long Beach, California. Dave acknowledges that being service manager is a very tough job, since customers are in stressful situations when they need their equipment fixed. Dave believes that it is important for his service department to do the best work they can and to be fair with customers, fixing equipment as quickly and affordably as possible.
